Tubing Broach Description

The Tubing Broach is used for re-sizing inside the diameters of downhole completion equipment. The most commonly used broaching tools are made from one solid piece of material. A series of staggered cutting edges starts at a small diameter and incrementally increases until reaching its maximum diameter.

Tubing Broach Notes

The tubing broach slickline is only used to scrape off a certain amount of obstructions. When the obstruction in the oil pipe is too thick or the oil pipe is deformed seriously, other tools shall be considered.
